The Jacksons is a London based boutique known for its joyful use of colour, handmade pieces, and deep respect for the people behind the craft.

We were invited to help the brand step into its next chapter, refining how it looks and sounds while staying true to the warmth, confidence, and community that define The Jacksons.


The result is a refreshed brand identity that feels more considered, more expressive, and ready to be carried forward, without losing the joy at its heart.

Visual Identity

The Jacksons’ visual identity feels bright, warm, and full of life. A palette led by sun-washed yellow, soft jute creams, and fresh, natural greens creates a world that feels uplifting and grounded all at once. These colours move easily between bold and gentle, bringing together moments of joy, calm, and quiet confidence in a way that feels true to the brand’s character.

Logo Design

At the centre of The Jacksons’ branding universe sits the logo, carrying a refined, storybook elegance that’s classic in its structure yet full of personality in its curves and flourishes. Paired with expressive typography and hand-drawn details, the identity feels crafted rather than polished, letting warmth, colour, and human touch shape how The Jacksons shows up across everything it makes.

Tone of Voice

Discovering and articulating The Jacksons’ pillars and values gave us a clear foundation for how the brand should sound, not just what it should say. Their tone of voice needed to reflect joy, creativity, and respect for the people and processes behind every piece.

Building on this, we shaped a bespoke tone of voice that feels warm, expressive, and confidently human. One that tells real stories, celebrates craft and community, and brings colour and character to the words, just as naturally as The Jacksons does through its designs.
